The Event Marketing Manager at Leaf Home is a pivotal role designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrive in dynamic environments. This position is not just about managing events; it encompasses the entire spectrum of event-based marketing initiatives aimed at generating sales leads for our sales representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and driving these initiatives, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into tangible results. In this role, you will identify, schedule, and plan an event calendar for a team of Event Marketers within your assigned territory. You will oversee budgeting and staffing for local events, ensuring that we have the right resources in place to maximize our impact. Your responsibilities will also include attending trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, where you will manage the event marketing team to generate new sales leads. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with local Operation and Installation Managers to enhance our brand presence in the market. A significant part of your role will involve recruiting, hiring, training, and developing Event Marketers. You will create accountability through established goals and KPIs, tracking and reporting event metrics to evaluate performance and return on investment (ROI). Ultimately, you will be responsible for exceeding sales lead quotas based on these established KPIs, making this a results-driven position that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking.
