Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager with a deep knowledge in managing event operation platforms for large-scale event programs. This role is crucial for overseeing various programs and work streams for the AWS Global Integrated Marketing Team. The focus will be on event management platforms that encompass activities such as registration, onsite check-in and badging, session scanning, and other pre-event and onsite platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the event industry, understanding the agency, platform, and client aspects of event management. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with experience managing complex projects on a global scale. They will leverage their attention to detail, event experience, project management skills, and excellent written communication abilities to ensure high-quality results. This role requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and influence across complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
