About the position

The Event Marketing Manager at Teleperformance will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of various industry events, including trade shows and regional engagements. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, generating demand, and enhancing client engagement, ultimately supporting the North America sales teams. The manager will oversee event budgets, logistics, and post-event reporting, ensuring a seamless experience across all engagements while focusing on new business revenue growth and nurturing client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large-scale and regional events, including logistics for trade show booths and VIP events.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project and budget management skills, focusing on detail in execution and ROI analysis.
  • Communicate effectively and lead multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Work independently in a remote environment when not on-site at events.
  • Implement immersive customer engagement tactics, including managing event collateral and giveaways.
  • Advocate for innovative ideas to support continuous improvement in event management.
  • Collaborate with field marketing on post-event analysis to inform future events.
  • Leverage social media for event promotion and awareness.
  • Support attendees with travel, scheduling, and budget management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of event marketing experience in B2B services and/or technology industry.
  • Experience with corporate-level event management including production, marketing, and logistics.
  • Marketing or related degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage events across time zones with a strategic mindset.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and event management software like ON24, Cvent, or Eventbrite.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills with a high energy level.
  • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and creative in developing engaging event experiences.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
