About the position

The Event Marketing Manager at Window Nation is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution aimed at building brand awareness and generating leads. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, along with a proven track record in event and team management. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation
  • Identify, negotiate, and attend various events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events, etc.) with the goal of lead generation
  • Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining approved budget
  • Exceed sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage ongoing development and performance of event staff
  • Manage event representative schedules to ensure successful staffing of events
  • Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to enhance brand presence
  • Track and report event metrics to evaluate team and individual performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 6 hours during events
  • 1+ years' experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation
  • 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company's insurance requirements
  • Ability to drive a box truck
