About the position

As Regal's Event Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our event strategy and execution in 2025 and beyond. From orchestrating standout activations at industry-leading conferences like LeadsCon and CCW to crafting and owning our event calendar spanning multiple verticals, this role is your opportunity to make a tangible impact on Regal's brand and growth. You'll work cross-functionally to bring ideas to life, manage logistics, and ensure our events create lasting impressions on attendees. Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute Regal's presence at major industry conferences (e.g., LeadsCon, CCW).
  • Conceptualize and deliver special activations to engage attendees and highlight Regal's value proposition.
  • Build, manage and own our event calendar with a geographically diverse footprint across Regal's key verticals.
  • Own all event logistics, from venue selection and contract negotiation to shipping materials and coordinating on-site teams.
  • Manage direct mail and gifting logistics as part of event campaigns.
  • Partner with our VP Marketing and the marketing team to develop event collateral, presentations, and branded assets.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and design across all event touchpoints.
  • Set clear KPIs for each event and analyze post-event performance to optimize future initiatives.
  • Work with the analytics team to report on event-driven pipeline and ROI.
  • Manage budgets across multiple events, ensuring spend aligns with Regal's objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in event marketing, ideally within a fast-growth SaaS company or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while keeping deliverables on track.
  • Track record of designing memorable activations and creating engaging event experiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience partnering across teams, including senior leadership.
  • Familiarity with event management tools and platforms (e.g., Splash, Luma, etc) and marketing automation systems.
  • Comfortable setting goals, measuring success, and making data-informed decisions.
