About the position

The Event Marketing Manager at Regard will play a pivotal role in planning and executing dynamic events that align with the company's brand and go-to-market strategy. This position is essential for driving revenue goals and enhancing customer advocacy through well-coordinated events, including trade shows, webinars, and executive dinners. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring seamless event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and coordinate company events such as industry trade shows, webinars, and executive dinners.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate progress and results effectively.
  • Execute and manage the entire event process from promotion to follow-up, collaborating with various marketing and sales functions.
  • Manage trade show logistics including contract negotiation, speaker management, and registration.
  • Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependencies to ensure milestones are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support event programs.
  • Collaborate with design firms on creative booth concepts and promotional materials.
  • Develop, track, and manage program budgets, generating ROI analysis reporting.

Requirements

  • 4 years of event management experience in a B2B SaaS tech company or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with knowledge of key event processes and best practices.
  • Experience managing event budgets throughout the year.
  • Proven ability to organize creative and standout events.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for community engagement.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for events.
