The Event Marketing Manager will report directly to the Manager of Trade Shows, Conferences & Events and will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of trade shows, conferences, and company-sponsored events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record in event marketing, particularly within the K-12 education sector. In this role, you will collaborate with various internal and external partners to create compelling experiences that align with business objectives and financial targets. You will be tasked with developing comprehensive event strategies that encompass pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities, ensuring maximum value from each engagement. The position requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong planning and communication skills, along with sound budgeting and business acumen, are essential for success. The Event Marketing Manager will also be responsible for tracking metrics to evaluate the success of events, capturing attendee data, and generating leads that contribute to the sales pipeline.
