About the position

As the Event Marketing Manager at Regard, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand and go-to-market strategy through dynamic and engaging events. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of events that not only support but also drive the company's revenue goals and enhance customer advocacy. This position requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple moving parts under pressure, ensuring that any last-minute changes or obstacles are handled with minimal disruption. You will be responsible for coordinating industry trade shows, hosted field events, webinars, partner events, and executive dinners, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and engagement. In this role, you will also develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and results to stakeholders. You will manage the entire event lifecycle, from promotion and attendee acquisition to follow-up, working closely with the Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless pre- and post-event communications. Your expertise in trade show management will be crucial, as you will handle contract negotiations, speaker management, logistics, and registration for national healthcare shows. Regular communication of deadlines and interdependencies will be essential to meet established milestones, and you will manage vendor relationships to support various programs. Collaboration with design firms to create innovative booth concepts and swag will be part of your responsibilities, as will developing and managing program budgets and generating metrics and ROI analysis to assess program effectiveness. This role requires a strong project manager with excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating memorable events that resonate with attendees and elevate the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and coordinate company events such as industry trade shows, hosted field events, webinars, partner events, annual summit, and executive dinners.
  • Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and results.
  • Execute and manage the entire event from promotion, attendee acquisition, to follow-up, collaborating with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales functions.
  • Manage trade show logistics including contract negotiation, speaker management, invitees, AV setup, registration, and swag requests.
  • Regularly communicate deadlines and interdependencies to ensure established milestones are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships required to support programs.
  • Collaborate with design firms on creative ideas for booth concepts and swag.
  • Develop, track, and manage program budgets; generate metrics and ROI analysis reporting on program effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 4 years of event management experience at a B2B SaaS tech company or related roles in the technology industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with knowledge of key event processes and best practices.
  • Experience managing event budgets from creation to execution throughout the year.
  • Proven ability to organize creative and visually appealing events that stand out.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for community engagement.
