About the position

The Event Marketing Manager at Window Nation is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event planning and execution aimed at building brand awareness and generating leads. This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and strategic thinking, along with a proven track record in event and team management. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at various events, home shows, and community engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and own event-based marketing initiatives to generate qualified sales leads for Window Nation.
  • Identify, negotiate, and attend various events (trade shows, fairs, festivals, community events, etc.) with the goal of lead generation within the geographical market area.
  • Responsible for budget forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining the approved budget.
  • Exceed sales lead quotas based upon established KPIs.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage ongoing development and performance management to deliver an incredible event experience for employees and customers alike.
  • Manage event representative schedules to ensure that the event calendar is staffed for success.
  • Partner with branch operations, marketing, and sales to grow a strong brand presence within the market.
  • Track and report event metrics to evaluate event team and individual performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time; up to 6 hours during events.
  • 1+ years' experience in event marketing, field marketing, sales, or lead generation.
  • 2+ years in a leadership position.
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the company's insurance requirements.
  • Ability to drive a box truck.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time.
