About the position

The Event Marketing Manager at Middesk will lead the planning, execution, and management of various events, including digital, tradeshow, and in-person gatherings. This role is crucial for enhancing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement, aligning with the company's vision of simplifying business identity verification. The manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences and effective event strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital events such as webinars and virtual product demos.
• Oversee tradeshow management including booth design, sponsorships, and logistics.
• Organize in-person events like conferences and customer meetups.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and design teams to align events with marketing initiatives.
• Track event performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
• Proven ability to manage digital, tradeshow, and in-person events from concept to execution.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Experience creating event-related marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
• Proficiency in event management software and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
