The Event Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional client experiences by managing event logistics, inventory, and operational support. This position involves collaboration with various internal departments and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of events, particularly during the Winter Equestrian Festival. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances while overseeing events from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of events during the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, FL.
  • Lead events from planning to execution, ensuring thorough organization and communication with vendors and departments.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, and conduct post-event discussions for improvements.
  • Engage with vendors to secure necessary services and materials for events.
  • Prepare and manage supplies and inventory for each event, ensuring high levels of organization.
  • Collaborate with the team on various operational projects and initiatives, assisting with workplace operations and security.
  • Travel extensively to support events, requiring flexibility in schedule.

Requirements
