About the position

Lucky13 Hospitality Group is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and event management, showcasing strong customer service abilities and a proactive approach to their work. The Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in organizing events for various venues, ensuring each occasion is memorable and well-executed. This position requires in-person attendance and involves managing communications with potential clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients to understand their event requirements, ensuring their expectations are met with exceptional service. Utilizing event management software, the coordinator will handle bookings, maintain calendars, and document all interactions. Conducting venue tours and collaborating with team members will be essential to ensure seamless event execution. Additionally, the coordinator will plan and oversee weekly programming events, such as trivia nights and themed gatherings, and participate in meetings to discuss upcoming events and coordinate logistics with management. Monitoring sales performance and contributing to achieving revenue targets will also be part of the role, along with assisting in marketing efforts to promote events and enhance guest experiences. Administrative support to senior management may be required as needed.

Requirements
