Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the institutional event schedule using tools like monday.com, ensuring all events are properly coordinated.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and managing payments.
• Develop and execute event logistics plans, manage on-site issues, and ensure smooth operations during events.
• Ensure events follow safety regulations and protocols, resolving any escalated issues and reviewing incidents for improvements.
• Track event KPIs, manage financial reporting, and ensure the accuracy of invoices and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of experience in event coordination preferred.
• Strong operations and business operations skills.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent decision-making abilities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain calendars and organize schedules effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
