About the position

Cholon Restaurant Concepts is seeking a dedicated Sales & Events Manager to lead initiatives across our various locations. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to collaborate closely with ownership, management, culinary teams, and staff to foster growth and innovation within our organization. The Sales and Events Manager will be instrumental in enhancing revenue through event planning, large group bookings, local marketing efforts, and social media engagement. This role is dynamic and hands-on, presenting significant rewards for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at boosting event bookings and achieving quarterly sales objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of all events, ensuring flawless execution and outstanding service.
  • Engage with clients to grasp their requirements and vision, transforming concepts into reality.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or special requests to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking avenues for enhancement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain active and engaging social media platforms that reflect our brand identity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality sector, particularly in event management.
  • Self-driven individual with aspirations for growth within the organization.
  • Exhibits flexibility and a strong commitment to meeting event requirements.
  • Possesses a vibrant, enthusiastic, and confident demeanor.
  • Demonstrates excellent supervisory and management capabilities specific to event coordination.
  • Familiarity with event management software, preferably Tripleseat.
