About the position

The Event Planner for The Artist Lab is responsible for organizing and executing a variety of art-based events aimed at children and families. This role involves planning corporate workshops, birthday parties, and seasonal events, ensuring that each event is engaging and aligns with the clients' visions. The position requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage logistics effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize art-based events, including corporate team-building workshops, children's birthday parties, and seasonal art events.
• Coordinate with clients to design and customize events that align with their vision and goals.
• Manage event logistics, including location setup, materials, and activity planning.
• Oversee event execution, ensuring a smooth, fun, and educational experience for all attendees.
• Source and collaborate with vendors (e.g., catering, decorations) if necessary.
• Develop event marketing strategies in collaboration with The Artist Lab team.

Requirements

• Previous event planning experience, preferably in children's or creative events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and engaging art-based activities.
• Ability to work weekends or evenings as required by event schedules.
