About the position

Noah Kaplan Productions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced event planner to coordinate and manage the premiere party for the show "Thousand Dollar Listing." This exciting event will take place on Saturday, September 21st, at 7 PM at The Random Access Theatre in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The event planner will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the event, ensuring that it runs smoothly and successfully. The time commitment for this role is approximately 40 hours total, which includes 2 hours per day for 4 days a week over 4 weeks, plus an additional 8 hours on the day of the event. The pay rate for this position is $37.50 per hour, with a project total of $1,500. The event planner will play a crucial role in creating buzz for the show and the premiere party. This includes outreach to media outlets to promote the event and secure sponsorships to support the occasion. The planner will also be responsible for the event coordination, which involves organizing the red carpet with a step and repeat for VIPs and stars, coordinating lighting, stanchions, photographers, and videographers. Strong communication skills and a network of media and industry contacts are essential for this role, as the planner will need to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple aspects of the event effectively.
