Cescaphe Event Group is seeking a full-time experienced Event Planner & Manager to join their award-winning team in Philadelphia. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment. The Event Planner will be responsible for creating memorable events for clients, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly, and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and coordinate exquisite events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during event days.
• Lead a team of talented, trained staff.
• Achieve excellent event execution.
• Manage front-of-house employee operations.
• Guide the culinary team to ensure high-quality cuisine is served to guests.
• Oversee the venue's cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams and outside vendors for successful event execution.
• Handle paperwork and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Educate and guide clients in decisions that benefit their event and CEG.
• Ensure all discussed items during event coordination are accurately recorded and communicated to necessary departments.
• Direct the set-up and breakdown of assigned events, ensuring cleanliness and proper organization.
• Oversee food service execution and provide feedback to maintain standards.

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of related experience and training.
• RAMP Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
