About the position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events, ensuring that each occasion is memorable and meets the client's expectations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The Event Planner will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through meticulous planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop event timelines and budgets, ensuring all details are managed effectively
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements are in place for a seamless experience.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns before, during, and after the event.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Manage fundraising initiatives as needed for specific events, ensuring goals are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning or a related field within hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with banquet services, and restaurant management is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management is a plus.
• A passion for creating memorable experiences through effective event planning.
