The Event Planner & Marketing Assistant at 1st Place Chiropractic is a part-time role focused on organizing and executing outreach events to connect with the community. The assistant will support the clinic by scheduling events, running them alongside doctors, and following up with attendees to increase patient appointments and clinic reputation.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses in and around St. Charles to schedule events like massage days and health talks.
• Run the event with one of the doctors.
• Sign up new-patient appointments at the live event and follow up with attendees who didn't get scheduled.
• Help generate testimonials and reviews to increase the reputation and local network of the clinic.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in social media marketing (required).
• Own transportation is required for driving to events.

Nice-to-haves

• Marketing or sales experience (not required but preferred).
