The Event Planner & Marketing Assistant at 1st Place Chiropractic is a part-time role focused on organizing and executing outreach events to promote the wellness clinic. The assistant will be responsible for scheduling events, running them alongside a doctor, and following up with attendees to increase patient appointments and clinic reputation.

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses in and around St. Charles to schedule events like massage days and health talks.
• Run the event with one of the doctors.
• Sign up new-patient appointments at the live event and follow up with attendees who didn't get scheduled.
• Help generate testimonials and reviews to increase the reputation and local network of the clinic.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
• Ability to drive to events and have own transportation.

Nice-to-haves

• Marketing or sales experience is a plus.
