About the position

The Event Planner / Marketing Consultant role at a leading Financial Services Company involves managing the planning and execution of sponsorship events and activations. This position is crucial for enhancing brand experiences and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders. The role is designed for a motivated individual who can work independently and manage multiple projects while adhering to compliance and governance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and delivery of hospitality and brand activation programs that reinforce the Client's Brand.
  • Manage day to day event planning lifecycle for sponsored events, conferences, and activations.
  • Define execution plans and timelines for all event components and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensure all governance, compliance processes, and required systems are followed for all sponsorship hospitality assets.
  • Communicate ticket and event availability and manage allocations across business units.
  • Collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to ensure effective event management.
  • Manage relationships with sponsored properties, vendors, and external partners.
  • Budget management for events and activations.
  • Develop presentations and documents for leadership independently and collaboratively.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events and report findings.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in managing sponsorship events, conferences, and activations from start to finish.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to work across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven attention to detail and project management skills.
