About the position

We are seeking a skilled Event Planner to join our team at SMARTFIX, INC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet clients' expectations. This role requires a strong focus on organization, communication, and guest services, as the Event Planner will be the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the planning process. The Event Planner will work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences, selecting appropriate venues, vendors, and services to create memorable experiences. Additionally, the Event Planner will manage budgets, ensuring that all expenses stay within the allocated limits while maximizing the quality of the events. The position may involve overseeing event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment, as well as handling any issues or emergencies that may arise during events. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality or restaurant management, who possesses strong organizational skills and a passion for creating exceptional events.
