Your primary responsibility will be to secure new bookings and business relationships for our band packages. You will be required to engage with potential clients, asking them if they have booked a party band for their upcoming events. If they express interest, you will refer them to Royal Entertainment for booking. Additionally, you will be expected to attend occasional partnership meetings to discuss strategies and share insights with our team. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and preference. You will have the opportunity to earn a commission of 5% on every booking made through your referrals.
