In this role, the Event Planner will create training schedules for all service lines, track outcomes, and maintain training records for attendees. They will plan small to medium-sized training sessions and meetings from inception to completion, ensuring that all details are meticulously managed. The Event Planner will also be responsible for creating detailed budgets, reconciling them with actual expenses, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. The position involves drafting logistical plans, managing onsite operations for both in-person and virtual events, and establishing policies and procedures for effective event management. The Event Planner will work closely with various departments to develop and deliver training, manage event registration sites, and cultivate relationships with key business partners and vendors.
