The Event Planner will be responsible for connecting with hotels and venues, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all staff, attendees, and volunteers have the necessary resources to facilitate these events. The planner will be tasked with developing event schedules, managing budgets, and overseeing the execution of event activities.
