About The Position
The Event Planning Coordinator at the American Heart Association will be responsible for coordinating logistics for major fundraising events, both in-person and virtual. This role involves organizing and motivating volunteers, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with Association policies. The coordinator will also prepare financial reports and assist in the overall administration of events, contributing to the Association's mission of promoting health and hope for everyone.
