About the position

The Event Production Associate role at Events Unlimited involves a variety of tasks related to event setup and customer service. The position requires individuals who are adaptable, willing to work hard, and can handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting and operating equipment. Associates will be responsible for driving company trucks, loading and unloading equipment, and ensuring that events run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Driving company trucks to and from event locations.
• Loading and unloading rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and sound equipment.
• Performing customer service duties at events.
• Cleaning and maintaining company property, vehicles, and equipment.
• Preparing customer orders and processing returns.
• Assisting in warehouse and organizational tasks.

Requirements

• A valid Driver's License and a licensed, insured vehicle for commuting to work.
• Experience working with computers and regular access to email.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in general labor or warehouse/production work.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
• Experience driving large vehicles, including box trucks and towing trailers.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience and certifications.
