About The Position

The Event Production Specialist at AdventHealth Tampa is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and Central Florida Division events and meetings. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in event production, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a relevant field with current trade certifications (AV).

Responsibilities

• Assist the event manager in planning and coordinating corporate events and meetings.
• Manage event operations, including agenda development and preparation of materials.
• Conduct pre-production meetings and vendor/site research.
• Negotiate contracts and manage expenses related to events.
• Oversee food and beverage selection and audio-visual management.
• Reconcile budgets and review event invoices for accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service and analyze event statistics.
