About the position

The Event Program Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer community engagement through strategic event planning and execution. This position involves creating and managing various events that not only promote the brand but also strengthen relationships within the customer community. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B event management and a passion for community engagement, focusing on designing events that foster customer loyalty and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Execute an event strategy centered on the needs and interests of the customer community, including user conferences, networking events, webinars, and community meetups.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with community needs and company goals.
  • Design events that encourage deep engagement, participation, knowledge sharing, and peer-to-peer networking.
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from the customer community to improve event quality and relevance.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.
  • Lead post-event activities and analyze event success to inform future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate events into broader community-building efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage audiences.
  • Stay informed of the latest event-related trends and best practices.
  • Advocate for new ideas and approaches to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar role with a strong portfolio in B2B event management.
  • Flexibility in managing events across different time zones or regions.
  • Technical proficiency with event management software and tools, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
