We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Exhibitor and Vendor Manager to join our team. The role involves managing all aspects of exhibitor and vendor relationships, including communication, payments, forms, relationships, set up manuals, and processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will act as the primary point of contact for exhibitors and vendors, providing timely and accurate information regarding event logistics, requirements, and deadlines. You will coordinate communication channels, including email, phone calls, and online platforms, to ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage exhibitor and vendor payments, including invoicing, processing payments, and resolving any payment-related issues. Collecting and reviewing required forms and documents from exhibitors and vendors will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Building and maintaining positive relationships with exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and other partners is crucial. You will address their needs and concerns proactively and collaborate with internal teams to fulfill exhibitor and vendor requests, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain detailed set up manuals and guidelines for exhibitors and vendors, outlining event logistics, booth specifications, deadlines, and rules/regulations for venues. Implementing and enforcing processes and procedures to streamline exhibitor and vendor management will be essential to ensure compliance with event policies and standards.
