We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Experience in the event rental industry is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and market offerings.
• Assist customers with order placement, account management, and troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using software tools.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with inside sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Experience in business development or technology sales is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using software applications for customer relationship management (CRM).
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
