About the position

The Event Sales Assistant position at Crush City Innovation is designed for individuals who are passionate about events and client relationship management. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for a blend of sales activities, client interactions, and event logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training.
  • Build strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Construct and deliver captivating presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Maintain high compliance levels for clients and personal brand by maintaining professionalism throughout customer interactions and the sales process.
  • Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services.
  • Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Be at the forefront of event strategy goals including acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client's products, services, deals, or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's/Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in previous event, branding, customer service, retail, or sales positions preferred but not required.
  • Self-starter with the ability to shine individually as well as in team projects.
  • Friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor.
  • Ambitious, eager, and enthusiastic to take on new challenges.
  • Master problem solver and solution-oriented in tough situations.
  • Team player with a desire to collaborate efficiently with others.
