Responsibilities: - Event Planning & Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, such as corporate meetings, media productions, artist showcases, and community gatherings, tailored to client needs. - Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, creating customized event packages that highlight Breakthrough Sounds' unique services. - Logistics Management: Handle all event logistics, including venue selection, audio/visual setup, transportation, and scheduling production team members to ensure seamless execution. - Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners, including caterers, hotels, and equipment providers, to secure high-quality services and resources. - Budgeting: Oversee event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting quality standards. - On-Site Coordination: Oversee on-site activities during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring everything runs according to plan. - Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
