Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events.
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with sales and catering staff to ensure a high level of service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of event planning and logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • 1 year of food and beverage experience.
