Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by booking and managing events such as weddings and corporate conferences.
• Sell banquet food and beverage services to clients.
• Plan menus and set agendas for events.
• Facilitate communication before, during, and after events with hotel staff to ensure high service levels.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with sales and catering staff as a team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field, or 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of event planning and logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• 1 year of food and beverage experience.
• Confident and professional appearance.
• Proactive sales approach, assertive and driven to succeed.
• Understanding of market segments, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic trends.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects with desired outcomes.
• Creativity in designing events.
