In this role, you will effectively prepare and present quotes and proposals in a timely manner, proactively solicit new business through networking and marketing efforts, and generate revenue by managing large parties and selling event space. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials, while also building relationships with various businesses and clients to expand our active account list. Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends will be crucial as you navigate the sales process and negotiate favorable terms for events. You will also oversee all event operations, conduct final checks on the day of the event, and evaluate the success of each event to continuously improve our offerings. Your commitment to delivering world-class service will be reflected in your ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and venue personnel, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up to date.
