The Event Sales Manager at 10 South Wedding Venue is responsible for driving sales by booking tours and securing event bookings for weddings. This role requires a natural sales ability, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer service to ensure prospective couples feel valued and supported throughout their planning process. The position involves working a full-time schedule with evenings and Sundays dedicated to giving tours and following up with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging venue tours for prospective couples.
• Achieve weekly tour and booking goals.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work Sunday-Thursday, with evenings dedicated to tours.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and partners.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales experience, preferably in hotel, restaurant, or similar settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Nice-to-haves
