About the position

The Event Sales Representative is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and social gatherings.
• Organize suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment for events.
• Coordinate all logistical elements of the event, including setup and cleanup operations.
• Develop post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.
• Create event timelines, budgets, and critical paths, overseeing all logistical aspects such as venue setup and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage event budgets and financials, tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Evaluate event success and client satisfaction through post-event surveys and feedback.
