About the position

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations at events, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maximizing operational efficiency. This role involves managing staffing, training, and communication with both the security team and customers, while also maintaining accurate records and budgets. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all day-to-day security operations are operating within the procedures set forth by the company.
• Responsible for creation of staffing estimates and tracking estimated cost vs. actual cost.
• Review contracts for compliance and supervise company labor and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate payroll, invoices, and timely collections.
• Suggest operation strategies to improve execution and provide additional value.
• Effectively communicate goals to the game-day security operations team.
• Proactively communicate with and seek feedback from all customers to improve satisfaction.
• Supervise and coach subordinates to maintain morale and productivity.
• Responsible for accurate and timely completion of payroll records.
• Ensure timely scheduling of staff and fill open positions promptly.
• Adhere to budgets including overtime percentages and labor percentages.
• Be on-call for weekends/evenings as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
