About the position

Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking a high volume Regional Recruiter to join our team. This position is crucial for the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies and operations within an assigned region. The Regional Recruiter will ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates to meet the hiring needs for various events and new business opportunities. This role will involve supporting recruitment efforts for large-scale events and acquisitions, which may require occasional overnight travel (10-15%). The position is hybrid/remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. As a Regional Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and developing specific recruiting strategies that build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. This includes utilizing various recruitment sources and employing creative, market-specific approaches tailored to the needs of the region. You will establish a routine to ensure quality recruitment campaigns that attract diverse candidates into the talent pipeline. Your role will also involve actively managing the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations to meet hiring targets. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will partner with the Regional Recruiting Manager and Field Operations Leadership to develop proactive recruitment strategies. You will attend regional and branch meetings to present ideas for expanding recruitment efforts and will utilize recruitment reports to target critical accounts. Additionally, you will work with the Recruiting Leadership Team to maintain a “Recruiting Toolbox” of effective recruitment techniques and resources. Your responsibilities will also include providing support and training to branch staff in managing applicant tracking systems and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements related to recruitment. You will analyze recruitment measures and provide recommendations for adjusting strategies to meet targets, as well as assist in coordinating in-branch hiring activities during peak times. Overall, this role is vital in ensuring that Allied Universal® Event Services continues to attract and retain top talent for our events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop specific recruiting strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Establish rhythm and routine to ensure quality recruitment campaigns are deployed to attract diverse candidates.
  • Actively work the candidate pipeline to conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with the Regional Recruiting Manager and Field Operations Leadership to develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Attend regional and branch meetings to present strategies for expanding recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure weekly recruitment reports are pulled from iCIMS and used as a management tool.
  • Work with the Recruiting Leadership Team to develop and maintain a 'Recruiting Toolbox' of ideas and resources.
  • Provide support and training to branch staff in managing applicant tracking systems.
  • Work with Operational leadership to ensure hiring managers participate in the recruitment process.
  • Administer recruiting measures and provide analysis and recommendations for adjusting techniques and strategies.
  • Assist Branch Operations with the coordination of in-branch hiring activities.
  • Plan and execute social media and marketing campaigns in partnership with branch and Corporate Marketing.
  • Manage client expectations around recruitment challenges.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience recruiting in a high volume, full-life cycle recruiting environment.
  • Proven experience creating and executing strategies to achieve recruitment goals.
  • Experience working with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to interact successfully in new environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to integrate multiple applications.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of state and federal hiring laws and regulations.
