Pelazzio Reception Venue is seeking talented and dedicated Event Videographers and Photographers to join our team for a variety of upcoming events. This role is crucial in capturing the special moments that our clients will cherish for a lifetime. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for not only shooting high-quality video and photographs but also for editing and delivering these materials in a timely manner. We are looking for individuals who can create personal connections with clients, understand their vision, and execute it flawlessly. The ideal candidates will have experience in both videography and photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing their work. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients regarding timelines, shot lists, and expectations to ensure a smooth and successful event. The position requires flexibility, as most events will take place during evenings and weekends. You will need to travel to various shooting locations, and it is essential that you have reliable transportation. Videographers will be expected to shoot a minimum of 6 hours of footage and edit it into either a 30-45 minute video or a 5-7 minute highlight reel, depending on the client's preference. Photographers will need to shoot for a minimum of 8 hours and deliver edited photos within 30-60 days. This role is perfect for creative individuals who thrive in high-pressure situations and can maintain professionalism while problem-solving on the fly. Compensation for videographers starts at a minimum of $450-$550 for a 6-hour event, with an additional $50 for each extra hour of shooting. Photographers will earn a minimum of $450 for an 8-hour event, with an additional $56 for each extra hour. This compensation includes both shooting and editing time, as well as communication with clients.
