About the position

The Events Account Manager at Staci Americas is responsible for building and implementing client events, providing fulfillment and logistic support. This role involves overseeing the execution of client orders for materials to be shipped to events both nationally and internationally, while managing multiple projects and vendors. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure successful event execution.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement client events, providing fulfillment and logistic support.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of client orders for materials to ship to events.
  • Work in partnership with global and regional clients for all event requests.
  • Coordinate shipments with white glove carriers and provide detailed reports of program status.
  • Ensure key product assortment is allocated for each event in collaboration with the Client and Warehouse Team Logistics.
  • Organize multiple projects in the fields of events and special projects.
  • Manage multiple vendors, projects, tasks, and navigate budgets and negotiations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and roles.
  • Manage production companies, agencies, and vendors to meet design direction and guidelines.
  • Conduct debriefs post-event and communicate feedback to service teams.
  • Work with Operations management for new customer and product implementation.
  • Participate in status update calls and provide client services input.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customers.
  • Conduct weekly conference calls with customers and operations staff.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the special event field is a huge plus.
  • Proactively seeks feedback and recommendations from clients and others.
  • Confident in taking initiative and identifying appropriate courses of action.
  • Ability to recognize and focus on priorities.
