  • Professionally handle calls, inquiries, and correspondence, promoting property offerings when needed.
  • Input guarantees, schedule meetings, and coordinate set-ups, A/V, and food preferences for flawless event execution.
  • Manage Marriott Rewards, organize Honored Guest Awards, and send post-event thank-you letters to groups.
