About the position

The Events and Content Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in marketing and generating new business leads for Four Points Technology. This position requires a highly creative individual with experience in targeting audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns. The candidate will need technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively manage website and email advertising campaigns, particularly aimed at US Federal Government agencies and other Public Sector markets.

Responsibilities

  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by analyzing sales enablement forecasts and preparing strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Plan and organize promotional presentations and update marketing calendars.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Vendor Relations and Marketing to plan the marketing calendar and manage budget constraints.
  • Execute tactical marketing campaigns and events, including webinars, tabletop shows, and marketing collateral.
  • Edit and maintain marketing materials and content on external websites and internal libraries.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events to drive brand awareness and engagement, managing all stages from ideation to post-event analysis.
  • Conduct CRM reporting and vendor reporting for lead follow-up.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns and oversee lead generation efforts.
  • Engage with vendor marketing staff and sales personnel to align campaigns with objectives.
  • Track sales data related to call campaigns and maintain promotional materials inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (4-5 years) in marketing or content management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation processes.
