About the position

As an Events and Influencer Coordinator at Pretty Little Thing (PLT), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand's presence through strategic influencer partnerships and event management. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the team with daily influencer appointments and manage influencer orders, ensuring that our campaigns are executed seamlessly. You will liaise closely with the PR and Influencer team to support the campaign calendar and facilitate new product launches, ensuring that all initiatives align with our brand values of love, equality, and acceptance. In this role, you will manage a roster of USA-based influencer talent, which includes negotiating deals, drafting contracts, processing payments, and tracking deliverables for paid posts. You will utilize various platforms to monitor influencer posts, engagement metrics, and overall campaign success, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance our outreach efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching new influencers to engage with and nurturing relationships with existing influencers to foster collaboration and brand loyalty. Your responsibilities will extend to supporting the team with all campaign gifting and social initiatives, as well as assisting with events, influencer campaign launches, trips, and launch dinners, which may require travel within the USA. You will also help in organizing critical paths, production schedules, budget overviews, and other essential documents for large-scale events. Creativity will be key as you work with the team to brainstorm ideas for influencer, celebrity, and VIP gifting initiatives, coordinating these efforts with relevant suppliers. To ensure smooth operations, you will manage the events calendar, plan ahead, and contribute to mood boarding and creative event concepts, pulling together comprehensive cost proposals. Your role will be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to adapt quickly to changes and challenges while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with daily influencer appointments and placing influencer orders.
  • Liaise with the PR and Influencer team to support the campaign calendar and new product launches.
  • Manage a roster of USA-based influencer talent, including negotiating deals, drafting contracts, processing payments, and tracking paid post deliverables.
  • Use various platforms to monitor posts, engagement, and campaign successes.
  • Research new influencers to gift on a daily basis.
  • Nurture and build direct relationships with influencers within the USA.
  • Support the team with all campaign gifting and social initiatives.
  • Assist the team on all events, influencer campaign launches, trips, and launch dinners, which may include travel within the USA.
  • Help pull together critical paths, production schedules, budget overviews, and other relevant working documents for large-scale events.
  • Work with the team to generate ideas for influencer, celebrity, and VIP gifting initiatives and coordinate these with relevant suppliers.
  • Manage the events calendar to ensure proactive planning.
  • Work on mood boarding and coordinating creative event concepts, pulling together full cost proposals.
  • Support the team with branded merchandise quotes and orders.

Requirements

  • Previous events experience required.
