Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical and operational aspects of events such as venue selection, catering, decor, and transportation.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within allocated limits.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Oversee onsite setup, teardown, and day-of event coordination.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event planning.
