About The Position
The Events Coordinator at Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of in-person Leadership Program retreats and Coach Training courses. This role involves overseeing the production of high-quality learning experiences from pre-event planning to post-event analysis, while also contributing to process optimization projects. The Events Coordinator will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly, meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve their objectives.
