About the position

The Corporate Banquet & Special Events Manager at Monri Hospitality Group LLC is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality corporate events and banquets. This role ensures that each event is seamlessly organized and perfectly executed, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision, create detailed event plans, and oversee all aspects from start to finish.
  • Manage and coordinate banquet staff, vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth operations and a high level of service.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor the setup and execution of events to ensure they meet company standards for quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact, and ensure client expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in banquet and event management, preferably in a corporate or upscale hospitality setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Fine attention to detail, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
