About The Position
The Events Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service and back to sales. This role involves coordinating with various departments and customers to deliver high-quality service throughout the event lifecycle, from pre-event preparations to post-event follow-ups. The Events Manager also identifies opportunities for revenue maximization through upselling and enhancements, while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
