About the position

The Events Marketing Manager at ADP is responsible for the project management and execution of various prospect and client-facing events, including industry conferences and trade shows. This role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to enhance the attendee experience and ensure successful event execution. The position emphasizes strategic planning, effective communication, and a commitment to ADP's core values.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party organizations to plan and execute key events.
  • Manage tradeshow portable program and relationship with exhibit house.
  • Coordinate invite development process, registration site execution, and on-site operations.
  • Oversee and work with vendors and sponsors to ensure all contracted services are delivered as agreed.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, transportation, and staffing.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Travel as needed to manage ADP presence at in-person events and industry events.
  • Track events and trade show results to analyze program effectiveness and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience planning and executing B2B and/or B2C event strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

  • Understanding of current event trends and best practices.
  • Experience with ROI/financial analysis and lead tracking of events programs.
